Terms of Service - Coverly Card

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Coverly Card ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Coverly Card provides a platform for creating custom-designed magazine-style photo books with embedded QR codes that link to videos. We offer design templates, photo and video upload services, and premium printing and delivery of physical books.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your password and identification
Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and content you upload to Coverly Card ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Coverly Card:

A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service
The right to display your content in the books you create
The right to store your content securely for the duration of your account

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you upload, and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order for a printed book:

You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of checkout
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Payment must be made before we begin printing your book
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies:

You may cancel an order before printing begins for a full refund
Once printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, software, and other materials provided by Coverly Card are the property of Coverly Card or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our templates or designs without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coverly Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
